Gluten free wafers are available at communion. If you wish to receive a gluten free wafer, please indicate this to the priest doing the distribution.
Incense has traditionally been used at the 11.00 Solemn Mass on Sundays, at Patronal or other joint masses, at weekday feast days, at Solemn Evensong & Benediction, and during the Triduum of Holy Week. From time to time it is also used at the 9.30 Sung Mass; on these occasions it will be noted on the calendar.
TRANSFORMING LIVES THROUGH WORSHIP, FORMATION and SERVICE
BY HELPING OTHERS
Among other efforts, we support an HIV/Aids program for Latin American Canadians, welcome refugee families to Canada, and welcome more than 100 each month to a community dinner for those in need of food support.
BY SUPPORTING KIDS & FAMILIES
Interacting with families in the neighborhood we present summer fun days, a Halloween Open House, a week long vacation camp, PD day activities, and visits to places like the Art Gallery of Ontario and L'Arche Community.
BY GROWING IN FAITH
Adults who want to know more about the Christian Faith enjoy a weekly discussion group every Wednesday morning. Regular informal mini-courses vary in length and attract enthusiastic partipants. Our Centering Prayer group meets on Thursdays to practice Christ-centered meditation.
