We love our kids and we join their parents and grandparents in helping them grow as people of faith at weekly Sunday worship. They are full members of our congregation and we offer them a safe and stimulating environment away from home. All our volunteers are fully screened before any interaction with children or vulnerable adults.  The team meets regularly to plan activities and groupings appropriate to age and level of understanding.

At the 9.30 am Sung Mass there are classes for toddlers/preschoolers where the kids enjoy simple Bible stories crafts and songs. Primary school age kids enjoy stories, drama, videos, crafts and games, as well as asking big questions about things that matter to them. At the 11.00 am Solemn Mass we have a one room schoolhouse with similar programming for a variety of ages.

Children come in with their parents at the start of each service and soon leave for programming downstairs, returning toward the end to join their parents around the communion table. Some kids prefer to stay in church all or some of the time, while other kids like to bring their parents downstairs with them until they feel comfortable going down by themselves. Any option is just fine.

Older kids and young people can serve at the altar, help with younger kids, play musical instruments and enjoy other activities during the week. You can find out what's happening by following our news and event calendar.
