On June 6, Chroma Vocal Ensemble closes out our season with "NOVAE: New Horizons" an evening of thrilling new music, bold storytelling, and voices reaching toward something entirely unknown. This is a concert of firsts: New works. New possibilities. New favourites.
Featuring music by Anna Lapwood, David Archibald, Tracy Wong, Matthew Emery, Joseph Glaser and Chroma’s own Christopher Tanaka-Mann and Kathleen Hutten, alongside original compositions from students of the Claude Watson Secondary Arts Program, NOVAE celebrates the moments that change us: the leap into the unknown, the courage to create, and the beauty that emerges from transformation.
