Our own local author presents!
Parishioner Paul Russell is the author of Through Woods on Water, a historical fiction account of the life of Étienne Brûlé as it might have been. Brûlé, an explorer, was mentored by Samuel de Champlain and lived with the Huron during the 17th century. Many French missionaries, including Saint Jean de Brebeuf, followed him to Huronia and would eventually die at the hands of the Huron. This session on Tuesday June 17 at 7:00 pm will be offered both in person in the lounge at SMM and live streamed via Youtube at: https://youtube.com/live/H00V2DyYSp4
